During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Golden Temple and local markets, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was welcoming. However, I found the front office service lacking, and the food options could certainly be improved. Overall, it's a mixed bag with both great and disappointing aspects.
